Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Luxury Real Estate Manager based in Kolkata.

The Luxury Real Estate

Manager will oversee high-end residential and commercial property transactions, manage client portfolios, and provide personalized advisory services to affluent buyers, sellers, and investors.

Responsibilities include conducting property market research, arranging and hosting property viewings, negotiating and closing deals, and coordinating with legal, finance, and developer stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, driving new business through networking and referrals, and ensuring premium service standards aligned with Brickfolio’s brand.

The Luxury Real Estate

Manager will also prepare proposals, maintain accurate documentation, and report regularly on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and communication skills,



with the ability to work effectively with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients.
- Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or high-value property brokerage, with a track record of closing complex deals.
- Solid understanding of real estate markets, property valuation, and investment principles, particularly in premium segments.
- Negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills, with attention to detail in contracts and documentation.
- Professional demeanor, high ethical standards, and the ability to represent the Brickfolio brand in premium market segments.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple mandates, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or property management are an advantage.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms; comfort using online listing and marketing channels.
- Prior experience in residential and commercial leasing, property management, or corporate relocation services is highly beneficial.
