Job Summary

This is a client facing associate role to ensure payroll and overall service for allocated clients go smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Serve as a Payroll specialist and answer emails and meeting invites to handle routine client requests/queries with utmost care.

- Resolve routine customer concerns with pre-defined solutions

- Builds strong relationships with a portfolio of clients,

- Develop and leverage a broad understanding of ADP products in support of client needs

- Looks for solutions which will allow our customers to focus on their core business

- Drive positive defining moments with client

Qualifications

- Any graduates with very good communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with different clients.

- Good problem solving skill and ability to think through in different situations.





- Experience within a global organization talking to clients is essential

- Experience working on deadline driven projects desirable
