Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for maintaining Logistics, Stores data and daily MIS reports.
- Ensure on-time dispatch of batteries through ERP and maintain dispatch trackers.
- Handle ERP/SAP transactions related to stores and logistics operations.
- Manage Battery Packs (BPs) inward and outward movements in ERP, ensuring complete process cycle.
- Coordinate with company drivers for timely deliveries and pickups.
- Coordinate with the Business Development (BD) team for material movement to customers and reverse pickups.
- Handle customer invoicing and billing for products and other services.
- Prepare Delivery Challans (DC) and other required logistics documentation.
- Create Sales Orders (SO) in ERP based on customer/site indents.




- Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze daily MIS reports related to inventory, dispatches, inward/outward and material movement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely material movement.

Required Skills
- Experience in Warehouse / Stores / Logistics Operations.
- Good knowledge of Inventory Management and Stock Handling.
- Hands-on experience in ERP/SAP transactions.
- Knowledge of Invoicing, Billing and Delivery Challans.
- Solid MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
- Positive attitude, ownership and a zero-attitude mindset.
