Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Specialist role based in Udaipur.

The Logistics

Specialist will coordinate end-to-end logistics for wedding events, including managing transportation schedules, accommodation arrangements, and on-ground movement of guests, vendors, and materials. The role involves tracking supplies, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning logistics plans with event timelines and hospitality requirements.

Specialist will liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and planners to resolve issues quickly,



maintain accurate documentation, and support smooth execution of all ceremonies and functions. The position also includes monitoring costs, optimizing routes and resources, and assisting in post-event reviews to improve future operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with clients, guests, vendors, and internal teams.

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to plan logistics, manage schedules, and resolve operational challenges efficiently.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Export processes relevant to movement of goods, décor, and materials for domestic and international events.

- Candidates should possess organization, time management, and attention to detail skills to handle multiple events and tasks simultaneously.

- Relevant experience in logistics, event operations, or hospitality is preferred, especially in wedding or large-scale events.

- Ability to work on-site for extended hours during peak event periods and collaborate effectively in a team workplace.

- A diploma or degree in logistics, hospitality management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
