I'm looking for someone to join me in building Journey Junction.

I have experience in operations and managing businesses, and as I look towards starting this journey afresh, I feel it would be great to find someone who brings a different strength to the table—particularly around sales, business development, and growing the travel packages side of the business.

I'm open to connecting with someone who already has experience in travel, especially holiday or international packages, but I'm equally interested in someone who is genuinely passionate about the industry and wants to build something of their own.

The idea is simple: this wouldn't be a regular job or a salaried position. I'm looking for a co-founder and an equal partner. The intention would be to build Journey Junction together, with a 50–50 partnership, shared responsibilities,



and investment contributions in a similar ratio as and when required.

I would primarily focus on the operations and execution side, while ideally looking for someone who enjoys and can take the lead on sales, business development, partnerships, and growing the customer side of the business.

There is no expectation that someone needs to have everything figured out from day one. More than anything, I'm looking to connect with someone who is excited about the idea of building a travel business and is willing to put in the effort to grow it together.
