About Hyppy

Hyppy is a Bangalore-based home décor brand. We design framed wall art, tapestries, rugs and cushions in-house and sell them direct to customers across India. We ship a few thousand orders a month and we are growing quickly. The team is small, which means this role carries real ownership from week one rather than a queue to work through.

The role

Every day a number of our shipments get stuck — sitting at a destination hub, marked undelivered when nobody attempted delivery, misrouted, or quietly heading back to us as an RTO. Your job is to find every one of them and get it moving before the customer has to ask.

This is a chasing job and it needs someone who genuinely enjoys the chase. The person who does it well is persistent, organised, and does not accept "will close in 24 hours" for the fourth time.

What you will own

- The daily exception report — every delayed, stuck or undelivered shipment cleared or escalated each day.
- NDR resolution: calling customers, confirming addresses and availability, and rescheduling delivery.




- RTO handling — challenging RTOs that should not have been marked, and processing the ones that should.
- Courier escalation, from account manager up to hub level, with the timings and thresholds we will give you in writing.
- Arranging local delivery through Porter when a courier has failed and the customer is nearby.
- The claims register — logging every lost, untraceable and courier-fault shipment and pursuing credit notes to closure.

What we are looking for

- 1 to 3 years in e-commerce logistics, last-mile coordination, NDR or RTO management.

D2C brands, 3PLs, marketplace sellers and courier companies are all valuable backgrounds.

- You are comfortable in courier panels — Delhivery, XpressBees, Ekart, Shiprocket, DTDC — and you know what AWB, NDR, RTO, OFD and RAD actually mean in practice.
- Confident on the phone in English, Hindi and Kannada — you will be calling customers and hub staff every day.
- Organised with a tracker. If it is not written down with a date against it, we treat it as not done.
- Persistent without being rude. A lot of this job is following up on the same shipment for the third time and staying pleasant about it.
