We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive / Senior Executive to manage both domestic and international logistics for our organization. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining compliance with shipping and customs regulations.The ideal candidate must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage end-to-end logistics operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily logistics operations for domestic and international shipments.
2. Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation including invoices, packing lists, and Bill of Lading.
3. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, and customs agents.
4. Track and monitor shipment status and ensure timely deliveries.
5. Liaise with internal departments (Production, Stores, Sales, Purchase) for dispatch planning and execution.
6. Handle import and export documentation, follow up for clearances, and ensure regulatory compliance.
7. Maintain logistics records, shipment databases, and documentation archives.
8. Negotiate rates with vendors and optimize transportation costs.
9. Resolve logistical issues, delays, and discrepancies in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
10. Prepare logistics reports, delivery schedules, and cost analysis for management review.

Requirements

1. Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or any related field.
2. 2–5 years of experience in logistics handling both international and domestic shipments. 3.



Knowledge of shipping documentation, incoterms, customs clearance, and freight coordination.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills for vendor and stakeholder interaction.
4. Proficient in MS Office and logistics management software (e.g., TMS, ERP).
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
6. Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
7. Familiarity with GST, import/export regulations, and transportation rules.
8. Problem-solving attitude with ownership of assigned responsibilities.
9. Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or related industry is preferred.
