We are looking for a Logistics cum Inventory Controller with 3–4 years of experience in inventory, warehouse operations, logistics coordination and basic accounts.

If you're highly organized, Excel-savvy, and experienced with ERP systems, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

Inventory Management

Monitor stock inward/outward, maintain accurate inventory records, and conduct physical stock verification.

Logistics & Dispatch

Coordinate dispatch activities, verify deliveries, and ensure shipment accuracy before dispatch.

Invoice Verification

Check purchase invoices, GRNs, delivery challans, and resolve stock discrepancies.

Accounts Support

Record stock-related transactions and assist the accounts team with reconciliations and reporting.

What We're Looking For

Experience

3–4 years in Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, or Accounting

Qualification





B.Com or equivalent in Commerce/Accounting

Technical Skills

Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), ERP, Tally/SAP

Knowledge

GST, E-Way Bills, Stock Reconciliation & Inventory Control
