Managing Operations

· Ensure smooth functioning of inward and outward operations with efficient manpower

· utilization

· Monitoring the process & troubleshooting

· Oversee unloading of black material and conduct random checks as per delivery

· challan

· Ensure verification of material against delivery challan and obtain signatures from

· concerned team members and transporter

· Generate weigh slip at the time of Material Inward and Dispatch

· Coordination with production for Timely Finished Goods ready to Dispatch

· Check the Material before Dispatch

· Ensure 100% dispatch of material to avoid short-supply instances

Material sending for Sandblasting

· Seek customer approval for sending material for blasting





· Arrange transportation and issue delivery challan to the sand blasting vendor

Ensure material outward entry is recorded in the material outward register/ gate pass slip

Coordination

· Coordinate with Sales for material arrivals

· Coordinate with office for dispatch instructions

· Confirm payment receipt with accounts before dispatching the vehicle

Team management

· Managing the team to achieve targets

· Team monitoring and motivation

Documentation and Reporting

· Record material inward details in the register and update excel sheet

· Record outward entry in the register and update daily dispatch excel sheet

· Generate weigh slip for invoicing and handover necessary dispatch documents set

· including tax invoice and delivery challan to transporter
