Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Logistics and Operations Executive. The role involves coordinating daily cargo movements, monitoring shipment schedules, and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries across assigned routes. The Executive will manage documentation and records, communicate with drivers and customers, and resolve operational issues to maintain service quality.

Responsibilities include tracking consignments, optimizing vehicle utilization,



supporting route planning, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to improve processes, support customized logistics solutions, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in logistics coordination, route planning, and daily operations management.
- Proficiency in documentation, record keeping, and basic use of logistics or transport management software.
- Effective communication and customer service skills for working with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze shipment data, track performance, and support continuous process improvement.
- Understanding of transportation safety standards, compliance requirements, and basic fleet management.
- Relevant experience in cargo, logistics, or supply chain operations; experience in road transport is an advantage.
