We are looking for an experienced LOFT Master Trainer to drive operational training, capability development and continuous improvement across the site.
The role will be responsible for building and sustaining the site's LOFT training capability, developing Trainers and Coaches, ensuring operator certification, monitoring training effectiveness and driving standardization and best-practice sharing across the organization.
The position will work closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Continuous Improvement and the global LOFT community to ensure consistent operational competency and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Capability Development
- Develop and certify LOFT Trainers and LOFT Coaches using standardized training programs.
- Support the identification and selection of suitable Trainers and Coaches.
- Adapt global training content to meet local operational requirements.
- Develop current training modules and learning materials where required.
- Build a strong culture of operational learning and capability development.
Training Planning & Execution
- Plan, schedule and coordinate operational training and certification programs.
- Define training requirements based on business and operational needs.
- Ensure operators receive structured training and coaching at the workstation.
- Monitor the effectiveness and quality of Trainer and Coach performance.
- Identify and recognize high-performing Trainers and support continuous capability improvement.
Training Analytics & Reporting
- Track training plans, completion and certification data.
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure timely reporting through relevant systems.
- Monitor key KPIs including
- Silver Certification Rate
- Number of trained/certified operators
- Number of Trainers and Coaches
- Newcomer onboarding completion
- Training effectiveness and compliance
- Provide regular training performance reports and insights to site leadership.
Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing
- Drive continuous improvement of the LOFT training system and processes.
- Identify and implement best practices from other manufacturing sites.
- Share successful initiatives, lessons learned and operational improvements across the LOFT network.
- Collaborate with other Master Trainers and the global LOFT/TKS community.
- Leverage digital tools and innovative learning methods to improve training effectiveness.
Audit & Governance
- Support preparation for and participation in LOFT maturity audits.
- Ensure training documentation and evidence are maintained and audit-ready.
- Develop and track action plans arising from audits.
- Participate in monthly governance and performance review meetings.
- Ensure timely closure of training and capability-related gaps.
