Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain relationships with DSA/channel partners . Onboard new DSA partners and support them in generating Personal Loan business. Follow up on leads, applications, documentation, and other internal team for smooth case processing. Achieve monthly business and disbursement targets. Handle customer queries and assist with loan applications and documentation. Maintain accurate records and follow company policies and compliance guidelines.

Candidate

Profile - Freshers can apply ; 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, tele calling, banking, NBFC or financial services is preferred.



Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi . Confident, energetic and target-oriented. Strong interpersonal, follow-up and convincing skills. Comfortable interacting with customers and DSA partners over the phone. Basic computer/MS Office knowledge. Willing to work from Pune in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
