Litigation Responsibilities
- Assessing dispute threats and opportunities; planning appropriate tactics, and strategies.
- Legal Research on various Acts and statues.
- In house drafting of legal documents and pleadings like petitions, plaints, written statements etc. in consultation with external counsels & by providing all relevant documents / facts etc to our counsel
- In depth knowledge handling IPR Infringement and passing off actions
- Positive exposure in dealing with Arbitration matters/ NCLT matter and high-stake value litigations.
- Developing unique strategies to reduce OPEX.
- Evaluating various demands raised by the Authorities & challenging if reqd..
- Dealing with various courts and Tribunals and Quasi Judicial bodies.
- To Monitor the settlement of Consumer cases and to ensure customer satisfaction by giving proper reply of the legal notices in case the same is required.
- Out of court settlements in consumer & recovery cases
- Recovery initiatives thru mediation
- Preparing, maintaining, and reporting various MIS on litigations
