Role Description

- The LinkedIn Personal Branding Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining the LinkedIn presence and personal brand of JP Financial’s leadership and key clients.
- This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves managing content calendars, drafting and optimizing posts, articles, and profiles, and coordinating visual assets to align with brand strategy.
- The individual will work closely with leadership to translate their expertise and values into compelling LinkedIn narratives, engage with key audiences, and build meaningful professional networks.
- Daily tasks include lead generation, monitoring LinkedIn performance, responding to relevant comments and messages, identifying engagement and collaboration opportunities, and refining campaigns based on analytics.
- The role also includes staying updated on LinkedIn best practices, social media trends in the financial and executive space, and managing a consistent, professional online presence.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in LinkedIn content creation, copywriting for professional audiences, and profile optimization to enhance personal brand visibility.
- Experience in social media strategy, specifically for executive branding and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to analyze LinkedIn metrics, track performance, and adjust content and engagement strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Competence in coordinating with design resources to produce visually aligned graphics, banners, and multimedia content for LinkedIn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and empathetic tone suited to senior leadership audiences.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment, manage multiple stakeholders, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prior experience in personal branding, executive communications, financial services, or consulting is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field is preferred.
