Role As a Team Manager - QA Paint Shop, you will be part of functional quality. Your role will be to assure quality of painted fuel tanks on both aesthetic and functional bases in order to prevent internal and external failures and assure all CTQ parameters at all stages in the paint shop, in order to generate high-quality products and reduce market warranty.

A Purpose Driven Role for You Your role will include but is not limited to:

- Assure Quality System Stabilisation Of Recent Models for a smooth start-up process
- Assure audits & quality systems to prevent generation of defects for existing models in the paint shop
- Assure QM Pillar methodology on the shop floor to eliminate defects & create a healthy work environment
- Assure painting & process of F/T Lid & Frame Body to ensure no outflow of defects in the next stage as well as the market
- Ensure the manufactured component meets all the quality specifications to minimize problems at the customer end
- Paint Testing & development
- Strengthening daily Work Management for creating smooth working

A Day in the Life

- Quality System Stabilization for new models (Drawing study/PFMEA/PQCT/Control plan and check sheet preparation)
- Training and skill certification of quality team members for change points of new models
- Ensuring process validation and addition of the same in standards
- Panel Testing to be done for mass production
- Problem analysis of top contributing factors
- Trainings of the team members through OPL




- Defects eliminate/control via MP sheet preparation and POKA YOKE installation
- Troubleshooting of paint defects generated while aerobell, robotic, or dip type painting in ACED shop
- Paint Shop bake and dry off Ovens TTR analysis
- Audit of the warranty concern process parameter in the paint shop
- DWM in Paint Shop daily Incidents

Academic Qualification & Experience

- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 4-6 Years of relevant work experience
