Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of guests around swimming pools and other aquatic areas. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of lifeguarding experience, strong swimming skills, and the ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming pools and aquatic areas to ensure guest safety.
- Prevent accidents by enforcing pool safety rules and regulations.
- Respond immediately to emergencies and perform water rescues when required.
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary.
- Maintain constant awareness of swimmers and surrounding areas.
- Inspect pool areas and safety equipment regularly.
- Report accidents, hazards, or unsafe conditions to management.
- Assist guests with safety-related questions and concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pool area.
- Complete daily safety and incident reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of skilled lifeguard experience.
- Robust swimming and water-rescue skills.
- Valid Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred/required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions during emergencies.
- Physically fit and capable of performing rescue and first-aid duties.
- Responsible, alert, and customer-service oriented.
Preferred Qualities
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Skilled and friendly attitude.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
- Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.
