Job Overview

Ignis Careers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced English Trainer to help learners strengthen their English language skills. The trainer will conduct engaging training sessions and support learners in improving their speaking, writing, reading, comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

The role involves developing effective lesson plans, assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and adapting teaching approaches to meet the needs of different learners.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and interactive English language training sessions.
- Develop and implement structured lesson plans based on learners' needs and proficiency levels.
- Help learners improve their speaking, writing, reading, comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Assess learners' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify individual learning gaps and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage learners to build confidence and achieve their English language goals.
- Maintain appropriate records of learner performance and progress.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure effective delivery of training programs.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in early childhood education or English language training.
- Strong fluency and proficiency in English.
- Excellent command of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Prior experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to suit learners with different abilities and backgrounds.
- Patience, empathy, and a learner-focused approach.
- Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

Work Location The role is fully on-site, with training assignments at schools located in Warangal and surrounding areas. Schools may be situated approximately 60–80 km from Warangal, so candidates should be comfortable traveling to assigned school locations as required. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a confident, passionate, and learner-focused English trainer who enjoys working with students, has robust teaching skills, and can motivate learners to communicate effectively in English.

Pay: ₹18,920.43 - ₹26,406.43 per month
