Hiring: Lifestyle Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a polished, proactive, and service-oriented Lifestyle Manager to provide premium and highly personalized service to high-profile clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury hospitality, five-star hotels, concierge services, lifestyle management, luxury guest relations, or high-end client servicing . Candidates from top-tier luxury hotel brands will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day lifestyle and personal service requirements with complete discretion.
- Anticipate client needs and provide personalized assistance.
- Coordinate with luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, travel partners, premium vendors, and service providers.
- Manage bookings, reservations, appointments, events, travel arrangements, and special requests.
- Build strong relationships with clients and premium service partners.
- Understand and maintain individual client preferences.
- Handle client queries, requests, and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Handle last-minute and urgent requests with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain detailed records of client preferences and service history.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, professionalism, and confidentiality.





Candidate Profile
- Experience in luxury hospitality, premium five-star hotels, concierge management, lifestyle management, guest relations, or high-end client servicing.
- Candidates from top-tier luxury hotel brands will be strongly preferred.
- Fluency in the local Hyderabad/Telangana language is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
- Robust client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable handling multiple requirements and changing priorities.
- Mature, patient, professional, and customer-focused.
- Able to interact confidently with high-profile clients while maintaining complete confidentiality.
