Job Title: Liaison Staff To coordinate and facilitate effective communication between the hospital, patients, doctors, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth administrative and patient-care processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact between patients, attendants, doctors, and hospital departments.
- Coordinate patient admissions, appointments, consultations, transfers, and discharge processes.
- Assist patients and attendants by providing necessary information regarding hospital procedures and services.
- Liaise with internal departments such as Nursing, Billing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and Administration.
- Coordinate with external agencies, insurance providers, corporate organizations, and government authorities, as required.
- Handle patient queries, concerns, and grievances and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper records, reports, correspondence, and documentation related to liaison activities.
- Support the hospital administration in organizing meetings, visits, and other official activities.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination during emergencies or critical situations.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with hospital policies and procedures.
- Assist in improving patient experience and service quality through effective coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- A postgraduate qualification in Hospital/Healthcare Management will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
