Society Redevelopment & Project Liaison Executive

? Mumbai / Pune | Full time | 6 Days a Week

DPACO is looking for a field-oriented, disciplined and trustworthy professional for society redevelopment lead generation, liaisoning and project documentation.

? Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop housing society redevelopment leads

Daily visits to societies, MCGM/SRA, government offices and project sites

Meet society office bearers and decision-makers

Follow up on redevelopment opportunities

Organise and maintain 100+ project/site files — land, litigation, approvals, correspondence, agreements, reports and drawings

Maintain physical as well as digital documentation and daily activity reports

? Performance

20 meaningful field interactions/visits per working day

1-month performance probation, followed by continuation based on lead quality, conversions, field performance and documentation discipline.

? Qualification & Experience

Graduate preferred

Marathi & English reading/writing compulsory





1–3 years relevant experience in real estate, redevelopment, liaisoning, field sales, society coordination, government offices or project consultancy preferred

Freshers with excellent communication, integrity and field ability may also apply

Basic Excel, Google Drive & digital documentation skills

Two-wheeler preferred

? Salary

₹15,000–₹20,000/month, based on experience & performance.

? Location: Mumbai / Pune

? Candidate must be ready to travel for project sites and assignments anywhere in Maharashtra.
