About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Legal professional to handle land acquisition, liaisoning, and property-related legal matters. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in land laws and statutory compliance, with prior experience in the steel/manufacturing sector considered a strong advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle land acquisition, liaisoning, title verification, and land/property-related legal matters
- Provide legal support on land laws, property laws, registrations, leases, and statutory compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, deeds, MoUs, and other legal documents
- Conduct legal due diligence and advise on land/property-related risks and disputes
- Liaise with government authorities, local bodies,



and external legal consultants for land matters
- Manage legal documentation, notices, litigations, and resolution of property-related issues

Desired Candidate Profile

- LLB/LLM with relevant post-qualification experience in land and property law
- Solid knowledge of land acquisition laws, title verification, and statutory compliance
- Experience in the steel/manufacturing industry or handling manufacturing clients will be an added advantage
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder liaisoning skills
