About the Role
We are looking for a Legal skilled to primarily handle litigation matters. The role involves close coordination with external solicitors and counsel, handling high-stakes regulatory matters, and providing legal support across maritime, banking, and mining domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare List of Dates and Synopsis to brief the Solicitor and Counsel
- Co-ordinate with the solicitors from time to time to strategize the proceedings
- Research Case Laws and prepare internal Notes
- Deal matters and evaluate the way forward
- Vet Banking documents including Bank Guarantees, Facility Agreements, Letters of Credit, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- LLB/LLM with relevant PQE in litigation
- Prior experience handling regulatory/investigative matters
- Strong research and case-law analysis skills; ability to prepare briefs and internal notes
- Excellent coordination skills to liaise with external solicitors and counsel
