Role Description: The Legal Intern will support the firm’s corporate, commercial, and tax practice areas in a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with legal research, reviewing and drafting legal documents, preparing summaries and case notes, and supporting the team on client matters.

The intern will help in compiling regulatory and compliance information, and contribute to legal memoranda and transaction documents under supervision. The role involves coordinating with team members, attending internal discussions,



and learning how to apply legal concepts to real-world client issues. This position is designed to provide hands-on training, professional development, and exposure to boutique law firm practice.

Qualifications:

- Strong foundation in Law and ability to understand and analyze Legal Issues.
- Interest or experience in Legal Consulting, including supporting advisory work for corporate and individual clients.
- Ability to assist with Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting contracts, opinions, and filings.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present legal findings clearly and concisely.
- Currently enrolled in a law program (LL.B or equivalent), with coursework in corporate, commercial, or tax law preferred.
- Strong legal research skills, familiarity with online legal databases, and attention to detail in citation and documentation.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Delhi, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
