We are looking for an experienced Legal Professional to lead and manage legal & compliance functions within a agile financial services / NBFC setting.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Industry: NBFC / Banking / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, negotiate and finalize loan agreements and receivables purchase agreements for domestic & export transactions
- Provide strategic legal advisory to senior management and the Board
- Advise on structured transactions, securitization, lending, financing and investment matters
- Support domestic & export factoring and trade transaction structures
- Manage legal documentation, contracts and commercial agreements
- Ensure adherence to RBI regulations, NBFC requirements and corporate governance standards
- Coordinate with external counsels on litigation and dispute resolution
- Develop legal policies, SOPs, training and compliance frameworks




- Support internal audits, regulatory filings and risk management initiatives
