Job Opening – Legal Associate / Advocate

Position: Legal Associate / Advocate – Criminal, Cyber & IT Law

:

Elguest Fintech Pvt. Ltd., Gurugram is looking for a competent and experienced Advocate/Legal Associate with strong knowledge of Criminal Law, Cyber Crime, IT Law and applicable IT Rules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handling and assisting with Criminal and Cyber Crime cases
2. Advising on IT Laws, Cyber Laws and regulatory requirements
3. Drafting and reviewing Legal Notices
4. Contract drafting, review and contract management
5. Drafting and reviewing Agreements, MOUs and other legal documents
6. Legal research and preparation of case-related documents
7. Providing legal opinions and advisory support to the company
8.



Coordinating with external advocates, courts and legal authorities
9. Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. LLB degree and enrollment with a Bar Council
2. Practical knowledge of Criminal Law, Cyber Law and IT Law
3. Strong legal drafting and documentation skills
4. Experience in contracts, agreements, MOUs and legal notices
5. Positive understanding of fintech-related legal and regulatory matters will be an advantage
6. Strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
