Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate agreements and contracts
- Handle litigation, arbitration, and contract dispute matters
- Manage ongoing legal cases, timelines, and documentation
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal reports
- Coordinate with advocates, courts, and legal authorities
- Ensure legal compliance and support legal management functions
- Keep senior management updated on legal matters and case developments
- Independently appear and follow up on legal cases when required
