Role & responsibilities

- Handle all legal matters related to debt recovery and protect the companys interests using SARFAESI and other legal actions.
- Assist in taking possession of properties with the help of police and Magistrate.
- Manage legal cases related to recovery and handle physical possession under SARFAESI law.
- Visit NPA (Non-Performing Asset) accounts with the collection team to speed up recovery.
- File petitions under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 in CMM/DM courts.
- Coordinate with police officials and Magistrates for legal processes.
- Ensure all work follows audit requirements, RBI rules, and company policies.
- Use basic tools like Excel, MS Word, and online legal platforms.
- Understand the basic process of collections and NPA handling.
- Draft legal petitions and documents.

Visit banks to take recent case assignments and provide updates on ongoing cases

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: Law Graduate
- Experience: 23 years of court experience
