Role Description The Legal Advisor role at Lawyer Settle is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi.

The Legal

Advisor will provide clear, practical legal advice to clients facing recovery-related harassment, loan and debt challenges, and other financial disputes. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting clients, assessing their cases, explaining legal rights and remedies, and recommending appropriate actions. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, preparing case summaries, and coordinating with external legal and financial experts as needed.

The Legal

Advisor will also stay updated on relevant laws and regulations,



contribute to internal knowledge resources, and support the development of client-facing guidance and materials.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law with practical experience handling financial dispute matters and consumer issues.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting notices, agreements, and case summaries.
- Ability to analyze Legal Issues related to recovery practices, debt resolution, and client rights.
- Experience providing clear, actionable Legal Advice to individuals in distress or complex situations.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, especially where financial and employment issues intersect.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M or specialized certifications in financial or consumer law are an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal concepts in simple language.
- Robust client service orientation, ethical judgment, and ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Ability to work independently on-site in South Delhi and collaborate effectively with internal and external experts.
