Management Lecturer – IDREAM MANAGEMENT COLLEGE

IDREAM MANAGEMENT COLLEGE is an Odisha Government-approved college affiliated with Utkal University.

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Lecturer in Management to deliver quality lectures, prepare teaching materials, conduct assessments, maintain academic records, and mentor students. The faculty member will guide students in management concepts, projects, internships, presentations, and professional development activities while actively participating in departmental and institutional activities.

Qualification: MBA/M.Com./PGDM or a relevant discipline, as per applicable norms. Teaching experience will be preferred/Freshers with high ambition, a passion for teaching, and a strong desire to build a career in academics are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills: Robust subject knowledge, effective communication, presentation and teaching skills, student mentoring, classroom management, and practical understanding of business and management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
