Role Description The Learning Solutions Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for understanding client learning needs, designing tailored learning solutions, and presenting these solutions to prospective clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs analysis, preparing and delivering solution demos, collaborating with sales and product teams, and supporting presales activities through proposals and presentations.

The role also involves coordinating with project stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of learning programs, tracking project progress, and providing ongoing consultative support to optimize outcomes. The consultant will maintain accurate documentation, use data to refine offerings,



and contribute to continuous improvement of AcceleratorX’s learning solutions.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, evaluate data, and translate insights into effective learning solutions.
- Consulting and Presales experience to engage with stakeholders, understand business challenges, and position AcceleratorX offerings appropriately.
- Sales skills to support opportunity development, communicate value propositions, and contribute to revenue growth.
- Project Management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and monitor implementation of learning programs within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in corporate learning, L&D;, or education technology is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management or consulting are a plus.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and maintain a learner-centric, inclusive approach.
