Are you a physicist at heart with a builder’s mindset and a love for making the invisible visible? We’re looking for a Physics Learning Experience Designer who can turn abstract principles into hands-on, “whoa-that-actually-worked!” moments.
This isn’t a desk-bound content role. With a strong focus on experiential learning, you’ll be working out of our lab space, designing, tinkering, breaking, and refining experiments that bring physics to life for students.
The Mission
- Design & Prototype:
Create original, curriculum-aligned physics experiments for K–12 students that simplify concepts like motion, energy, electricity, waves, and more.
- Test & Iterate:
Build and rigorously test prototypes in-office to ensure every experiment is safe, repeatable, and classroom-ready.
- Curriculum Mapping:
Translate theory into action by aligning experiments with CBSE, ICSE, and international curricula.
- Conceptual Storytelling:
Craft engaging instructions and teacher guides that turn formulas and laws into intuitive, real-world experiences.
What You Bring
- Physics Expertise:
A strong academic background (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Physics or related field).
- Creative Thinking:
You can take concepts like Newton’s laws or electromagnetism and turn them into hands-on learning experiences.
- K–12 Understanding:
Ability to adapt complexity for different age groups—from playful exploration in primary grades to deeper conceptual clarity in high school.
- The Tinkerer’s Mindset:
You enjoy building, experimenting, troubleshooting, and working with physical materials and lab equipment.
Bonus Points
Teaching Experience:
If you’ve taught before, you already understand classroom dynamics and where students commonly struggle.
Why Join Us?
Be part of a quick-paced, collaborative environment where “learning by doing” is at the core of everything we create. This is your chance to see your ideas move from a lab prototype to impacting thousands of young minds.
