We're hiring for this role at Ashiana Anmol — one of our Kid centric residential communities in Gurugram and we're looking for a Learning Coordinator to plan, run, and own this entire ecosystem on the ground, every day.

What You'll Do:

✅ Plan and manage the full calendar of learning programs — sports, music, dance, public speaking, STEM education and more and source/manage the coaches and facilitators who run them

✅ Track each child's progress and keep raising the quality and consistency of every program





✅Make full use of the Learning Hub, sports facilities, library, kitchen gardens & other kid-centric spaces while coordinating with the property's facility & operations teams to enable the infrastructure

✅ Design interest based clubs (Book Club, Eco club etc.) & seasonal programmes (internships & more) to keep things fresh

✅ Plan and host workshops, camps, talent shows, and competitions through the year

✅ Be the parent's trusted point of contact — the person they know is genuinely invested in their child's growth

✅ Know every child in the community by name — not by headcount

What You Bring:

- A multi-faceted, vibrant personality — someone who's the life of the room
- Athletes, sportspersons, dancers, musicians, or creative-arts folks especially encouraged to apply
- Genuine love for working with children
- Solid organisational skills — comfortable managing spaces, people (coaches, kids, parents), and a packed calendar all at once
- Comfort taking ownership and building things from scratch
- Experience in education, youth development, or community programmes (preferred)

Experience: 1–3 years Age: 30–40 years, Women Only

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Psychology, Sports, Performing Arts, or related field (preferred)
