Job Summary:

We are looking for agile and result-oriented Relationship Managers to drive merchant engagement and maximize transaction volumes through the application. The role involves managing retail merchants, increasing application usage, and achieving assigned GMV targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit assigned merchants as per the daily beat plan.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail merchants.
- Drive adoption and usage of the application for affordability transactions.
- Resolve merchant concerns and ensure continued engagement.
- Achieve monthly GMV and sales targets.




- Collect market intelligence and share insights with the sales leadership team.

Eligibility

- Any Full time Graduate
- 2 plus years of B2B field sales experience.
- Experience in Merchant Acquisition, Merchant Relationship Management, or Retail Sales.
- Background from Telecom, Banking, FinTech, SaaS, POS, Payment Solutions, QR Payments, or Merchant Lending.
