Leading MNC Hiring Order Management & Customer Support (Voice)

We are hiring experienced professionals for an Order Management & Customer Support – Voice Process prospect with a Leading MNC in Bangalore.

Job Details

Role: Customer Service Associate – Voice / Order Management

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 1–3 Years

CTC: Up to 7 LPA, based on relevant experience, current CTC and interview performance

Working Days: 5 Days

Week-Offs: 2 Days

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Cab Facility: Two-Way Cab Facility as per company policy

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through voice support.
- Manage customer queries related to orders, fulfilment, delivery and order status.
- Support end-to-end order management activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and fulfilment.
- Resolve order-related issues and customer concerns within defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates.




- Follow established processes, quality standards and escalation procedures.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and maintain service quality.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Customer Service / Customer Support / Voice Process.
- Experience in Order Management / Order Fulfilment is preferred.
- Exposure to E-Commerce / B2B operations will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Must be comfortable working from the office in Bangalore.
