? What You’ll Do

- Lead end-to-end production of Reels, YouTube videos, Ads, Commercials & Corporate Videos
- Create advanced Motion Graphics, Animation, VFX & Title Sequences using After Effects
- Develop 3D models, animations & product visualizations using Blender
- Design engaging social media & campaign creatives
- Collaborate with Marketing, Branding & Content teams
- Lead, mentor & manage video editors and graphic designers
- Maintain strong visual quality and brand consistency
- Manage multiple projects, timelines & creative priorities
- Explore AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies

?️ What We’re Looking Fo r

✅ 5–7 years of professional experience in Video Editing, Motion Graphics & Graphic Desig n✅ 2+ years of creative team leadership experienc e✅ Expert in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop,



Illustrator & Adobe Creative Clou d✅ Strong working knowledge of Blende r✅ Excellent understanding of storytelling, typography, colour grading, composition & sound desig n✅ Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads & Google Ad s✅ Robust leadership, communication & project management skill s✅ Exceptional attention to detai l✅ Portfolio is mandator y

Experience in Real Estate, Digital Marketing or Advertising, along with expertise in logo animation, advanced VFX, AI creative tools and workflow automation
