Employment Type: Full Time The ServiceNow Discovery Administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the ServiceNow Discovery module to ensure accurate and efficient asset discovery and integration with the CMDB. This role involves managing both agentless and agent based discovery setups, overseeing MID Server installations,



and troubleshooting discovery related issues in collaboration with other technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow Discovery platform.
- Manage agentless and agent based discovery setup and configurations.
- Install, configure, and manage ServiceNow MID Servers.
- Ensure proper integration between Discovery and the ServiceNow CMDB.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Discovery issues, coordinating investigations and solutions with other teams.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience with ServiceNow Discovery and ITOM modules.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and managing MID Servers.
- Expertise in CMDB administration, integration, and data management.
- Experience with agentless and agent-based discovery mechanisms.
- Knowledge of Discovery Patterns, Probes, Sensors, and Credentials.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Service Mapping and other ITOM modules.
- Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.
- Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools.
