- DU-MAC / Scheduler / L2 Experience: 8-12 Years
- Software design, development experience in RAN products/features in 5G-NR DU Layer 2 –
- Scheduler Area, RLC and MAC,FAPI.
- Experience/Knowledge of one or more of RLC/MAC/PHY/RRC/PDCP.
- C/C++, Software design, development, testing, debugging tools experience including build, deployments in cloud native/virtualization workplace.
- Authoring design documents/ grooming scrum user stories/BL items.
- Customer issues analysis using various logs, such as, development/Wireshark logs.
- Proficient with using AI tools for design &development;, coding and debugging.

For Eg: Any of Co-pilot, Windsurf, Cursor, Claude, Codex etc

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, mentoring to other engineers in team.
