Role Summary

We are looking for a senior DevOps professional with solid private cloud experience as a mandatory skill and public cloud exposure as a secondary capability. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, CI/CD, automation, observability, ITSM-driven support, incident management, RCA, and cross-functional coordination. The candidate will be expected to lead technical execution, improve operational maturity, and mentor team members in a 24x7 enterprise support environment.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on DevOps experience and demonstrated ownership of production-grade platforms.
- Mandatory experience in private cloud environments, preferably involving Kubernetes platforms, virtualization/private cloud operations, and enterprise platform support.




- Strong mandatory understanding and hands-on experience in Kubernetes, including deployment operations, troubleshooting, scaling, configuration, and production support practices.
- Strong experience with Python scripting for automation, operational tooling, and integration use cases.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible for configuration management, automation, and repeatable environment setup.
- Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline creation and management, including YAML-based pipelines and BuildPiper or equivalent DevOps pipeline platforms.
- Experience with Bitbucket, Nexus, Jira, and Confluence, including repository practices, artifact management, documentation, and collaboration workflows.
- Experience in Jira workflow creation, permission/access management, and operational process alignment.
- Strong understanding of logging, metrics, tracing, Prometheus, and Grafana for observability and service health management.
- Strong understanding of ITSM workflows and SLA handling for P4, P3, P2, and P1 incidents in a 24x7 support environment.
