Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions within the organization.

- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to meet business objectives.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective job descriptions.

- Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for current hires.

Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in recruitment or account management in an IT services & consulting industry.

- Proven track record of successfully filling critical roles at senior levels.

- Strong understanding of technical skills required for various positions across different functions (e.g., engineering, sales).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
