Job Title: Lead Python Developer(AI/ML & Computer Vision) Experience : 8+ Years Job Summary :- We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Python (AI/ML & Computer Vision) to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in Python development, AI/ML, and Computer Vision, along with proven experience leading engineering teams, driving technical architecture, and delivering production-grade solutions.

The role requires a combination of technical leadership, backend engineering, machine learning deployment, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities :-

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Python-based applications.
- Mentor and guide development teams while ensuring engineering best practices.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Build scalable backend systems, microservices, and ETL/data processing pipelines.
- Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into production.
- Develop and optimize Computer Vision solutions for real-world applications.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models in production environments.




- Design robust database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver high-quality software.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :-

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Extensive experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend applications.
- Experience building scalable microservices and ETL/data pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Computer Vision projects.
- Experience deploying ML models into production environments.
- Good understanding of MLOps concepts and model lifecycle management.
- Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Proficiency with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
