About the Program:

This program is for experienced teachers, academic coordinators, and vice principals who have spent many years in education but never got the chance to become a principal.

We offer a 6-month paid leadership training program that prepares you to confidently take on the role of a Principal or senior academic leader.

Who Can Apply?

- Teachers, Coordinators, or Vice Principals
- 1015 years of experience in schools
- Strong academic background
- Interest in leadership and school management
- Not previously appointed as a principal

What You Will Learn:

*How to Lead a School as a Principal:You will learn how to take overall responsibility for the school by setting a transparent vision, guiding teachers and staff, creating a positive learning environment, and ensuring the school grows academically and culturally under your leadership.

*Academic Planning and Curriculum Supervision:

This focuses on planning the academic year, monitoring lesson plans, ensuring curriculum standards are met, and improving teaching quality so that students achieve better learning outcomes.

*Managing Teachers, Students, and Parents:

You will learn how to support and motivate teachers, handle student discipline and well-being, and communicate effectively with parents to build trust and resolve concerns smoothly.

*School Administration and Daily Operations:

This teaches how to manage timetables, staff allocation, school policies, records,



and daily administrative tasks to ensure the school functions efficiently without disruptions.

*Decision-Making, Discipline, and Problem-Solving:

You will develop the ability to make fair and timely decisions, handle discipline issues, manage conflicts,

and solve everyday challenges calmly and confidently.

*Communication and Leadership Skills:

This helps you build strong communication skills for meetings, official interactions, and public speaking,

while developing leadership qualities that inspire and guide teachers, students, and parents.

Your Role During Training:

*Work Closely with Senior School Leaders:

You will work alongside experienced principals and senior leaders to understand how they plan, take decisions, and manage the school. This exposure helps you learn leadership directly from real practice.

*Take Part in Academic and Administrative Activities: You will actively participate in both academic planning and administrative tasks, such as curriculum discussions, meetings, scheduling, and school operations, to gain hands-on experience.

*Observe and Handle Real Leadership Responsibilities:

You will observe how leaders handle daily challenges and gradually take responsibility for real leadership tasks, helping you build confidence in managing school situations.

*Support Staff Development and Student Management:

You will assist in teacher development activities, mentoring, and student discipline or welfare matters,

learning how principals support both staff growth and student well-being.

*Learn How Principals Plan, Decide, and Lead:

Through daily involvement, you will understand how principals think strategically, make important decisions,



and lead the school effectively in academic and administrative matters.
