We are seeking an energetic, creative, and passionate Physical Education Trainer to lead our Power Play & Callisthenics modules. You will design and facilitate dynamic movement sessions that get kids active, build fundamental motor skills, and make fitness the highlight of their day.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead engaging 45–60 minute sessions focusing on callisthenics, functional bodyweight movement, obstacle courses, agility drills, and strength games.

- Adapt exercises across different developmental age brackets (ages 4–5, 6–8, and 9–10), ensuring safety, correct form, and positive reinforcement.

- Design creative games, movement challenges, and themed routines that keep children motivated and eager to return.

- Maintain rigorous floor safety standards and supervise proper use of equipment (soft mats, vaulting blocks, climbing elements, and bodyweight bars).

- Communicate student milestones and progress enthusiastically with parents.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed)



or a recognised certification in Youth Fitness / Sports Coaching.

- Experience: Proven experience working with young children (ages 4–12) in schools, academies, or activity centres.

- Bonus Points: Background in competitive gymnastics, callisthenics, parkour, or cheerleading (awards or state/ national level accolades are a huge plus).

- Skills: High energy, natural rapport with children, exceptional patience, and creative problem-solving on the floor.

- Commitment: Punctual, reliable, and available for a dedicated 1–2 hours per day during post-school hours.
