Job Summary:

One of our valued clients is hiring male candidates with excellent English communication skills for a US Voice Process role. The position involves handling inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers and providing professional, accurate, and timely assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with US-based customers.
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently in English.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Handle customer queries with patience, confidence, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate information and follow established process guidelines.
- Update and maintain customer information in the system.
- Follow company policies, process standards, and data confidentiality requirements.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Candidate Requirements:

- Gender: Male
- Education: No specific educational qualification required.
- Experience: 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills.




- Strong conversation and active listening skills.
- Positive interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to understand and follow process instructions.
- Experience in US Voice Process, International Voice Process, BPO, Customer Support, or Customer Service will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in US shift timings.

Shift Timings:

- 5:00 PM 2:30 AM
- 6:30 PM 3:30 AM

Candidates should be comfortable working in US shift timings .

Work Location & Schedule:

- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Weekly Off: 2 rotational days off
