Lead Management Executive – Jewellery Brand

Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Management Executive to manage, track, and convert customer leads for our growing jewellery brand. The ideal candidate should have strong CRM knowledge, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to drive leads towards showroom visits and sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and track leads received through digital campaigns, website, social media, calls, and other channels.
- Assign and distribute leads to the appropriate sales teams.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain proper lead status.
- Monitor lead conversion from enquiry → follow-up → showroom visit → sale.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Analyse lead quality, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead management reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Identify missed, inactive,



and high-potential leads and take necessary follow-up actions.
- Improve lead response time and conversion through effective processes.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Lead Management, CRM, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead tracking, follow-ups, and conversion management.
- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and reporting.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in jewellery, retail, e-commerce, or sales is an added advantage.
