Telesales Executive – Personal Loan Sales / Lead Generation

- Handle Personal Loan Sales – Lead Generation through telesales.

- Contact potential customers and generate qualified personal loan leads.

- Explain personal loan products, features, eligibility, and benefits to customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable loan-related information.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful applications.

- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.

- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

- Coordinate with the relevant team for further loan processing.

- Work in the assigned language process and maintain professional communication.

- Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

- Good communication skills in the respective process language.

- Candidates with Tamil or Malayalam communication skills can apply.

Salary – Tamil Process

- CTC: ₹21,000 per month, including PF + PT + ESIC.

- In-Hand Salary: ₹15,978 + Incentives.

- Alternative: ₹18,000 Take-Home + Incentives without CTC.
