Key Responsibilities:

- Research and build targeted B2B prospect databases across global markets.

- Identify relevant companies, decision-makers, buyers, importers, distributors, retailers, and other prospects.

- Execute outbound email, LinkedIn, and other prospecting activities.

- Support lead qualification and ensure accurate lead information in CRM.

- Follow up with prospects and generate qualified conversations/meetings for Sales.

- Assist in campaign execution and maintain daily activity trackers.

- Conduct basic market and competitor research.

- Meet defined daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

- Coordinate with the Demand Generation and Sales teams for smooth lead handover.

Preferred Skills:

- Graduate/MBA Fresher with strong interest in B2B sales and demand generation.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Valuable research and data-handling skills.

- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.

- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, LinkedIn, CRM, and email communication.

- Proactive, curious, and willing to learn.
