Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive with strong exposure to the US market to join our growing sales team. The role will focus on generating qualified leads and setting up business opportunities through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email outreach, and other prospecting channels for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute targeted LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and email outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Identify, research, and connect with potential clients in the US market.
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into scheduled meetings for the sales team.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
- Create and manage email campaigns, follow-ups, and outreach sequences.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
- Build and nurture solid relationships with prospects and potential clients.
- Work closely with senior sales team members to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.




- Consistently work towards lead generation and business development targets.

Required Skills & Competencies
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or International Sales.
- Strong experience working with the US market.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach.
- Proven track record of generating leads and achieving business development targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition processes.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong research, organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and prospects simultaneously.

Industry Preference Candidates with experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, Software, or related B2B industries will be preferred.
