Role Description This is a full-time, in office Lead Generation Executive role based in Noida.

The Lead Generation

Executive is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through research, outbound calls, emails, and digital channels. The role includes building and maintaining lead databases, tracking interactions, and coordinating with the sales team to schedule meetings and demos. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting market research, understanding client needs, preparing basic sales materials, and reporting lead generation performance.



The position requires consistent follow-up, proactive outreach, and strong collaboration with sales and marketing colleagues.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Leads and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industries, target accounts, and decision-makers.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage prospects via calls, emails, and presentations.
- Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support pipelines, prepare proposals, and coordinate with the sales team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting dashboards.
- Prior experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
