HyprOnline (Javix Media Pvt. Ltd.) is a Gurgaon-based digital marketing and creative agency. Create. Amplify. Repeat. We build and run performance marketing, social media, branding, content and SEO programmes for retainer clients across D2C, healthcare, real estate, education and hospitality.

We are in a growth phase, and we are hiring the person who will own how that growth actually happens.

The Role

This is a full-cycle business development role. You will not be handed a list and told to dial. You will build the pipeline, work it across every channel, get in front of prospects, and pitch. You will report directly to the Founder & MD, with no layers in between.

What You'll Do

Build the pipeline from scratch

- Research and build targeted prospect databases using Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and similar tools.
- Go beyond the obvious sources — social media, industry and market directories, startup forums and communities, association and exhibition lists, funding databases.
- Verify decision-maker name, designation, mobile and email before anything enters the CRM.

Run outbound across three channels

- Cold calling — structured conversations, not scripts read aloud.
- Email marketing — write and run sequences that actually get replies.
- LinkedIn marketing — connection strategy, content-led outreach, InMail campaigns.

Qualify properly

- Identify who decides, what they currently spend on marketing, what is broken today, and how soon they want to act.
- Protect senior calendar time — a junk meeting costs more than a missed one.

Meet clients and pitch

- Take first meetings independently, in person and virtually.




- Build proposals and pitch decks.
- Present HyprOnline's capability, case studies and commercials with confidence.
- Support the founder through to closure on larger accounts.

Own your numbers

- Maintain full CRM discipline — every touch logged, same day.
- Report pipeline weekly.
- Feed back what the market is telling you: which pitch lands, which segment is buying, what competitors are quoting.

What We're Looking For

✓ Minimum 2+ years in lead generation, business development or inside sales — agency-side or B2B services strongly preferred.

✓ Hands-on with prospecting tools. Lusha, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent. We want someone who has used them daily, not someone who has heard of them.

✓ Real understanding of digital marketing services. SEO, performance marketing, social media, branding, content — enough to hold a credible ten-minute conversation with a marketing head without needing backup.

✓ Genuinely strong at cold calling. You will hear no far more often than yes, and your energy on call 60 needs to sound like call 6.

✓ Comfortable in the room. Client meetings, proposals, pitches — you should want this part of the job, not tolerate it.

✓ Fluent spoken and written English and Hindi.

✓ Able to commute to our Sector 74, Gurugram office daily. This is an in-office role — please only apply if this works for you.

✓ Prior experience selling for a digital marketing, advertising or creative agency

Good To Have

- Proposal and pitch deck building.
- An existing network in D2C, healthcare, real estate, education or hospitality.
- Experience writing calling scripts and email sequences from scratch.
