Xuman.AI is a social app where people post content about what they are open to sharing and experiencing. Someone can discover them by scrolling, and if it resonates and vibes with them, they can connect instantly.

On the surface, it collapses fragmented workflows into one system.

Underneath, we are building something far deeper: The Human Experience Engine, our Persona Compatibility layer. This engine matches the right person with the right fit at the right time, based on who they are, what they want, and how they connect.

The founder's vision is to layer cognitive science into human persona compatibility, leading to hyper-personalized, real-time human connections.

Xuman.AI is the productization of the founder's previous bootstrapped venture: ideation, market research, pilots, MVP, and a technical foundation built to scale. The product is built and live on both app stores. We are past the building phase and into distribution: getting it in front of real users and turning it into a repeatable business.

Why this role matters:

You take a whole slice of a live product, the consumer side or the provider side or the systems the company runs on, and a small team to build it with. You still write code every week, you review what ships, and when the founders want to know what that area should become, they ask you.

What you'll own:

- A complete product area, from the screen someone touches to the schema underneath
- The direction your team takes and the standard of what it ships




- Architecture decisions that outlast the current roadmap
- Two to four engineers: their sequence, their reviews, their growth
- The seam where your area meets the next team's, settled lead to lead

Must have:

- Five years or more full stack, shipping to production
- You have led a small team and still write code every week
- Production React on the front and a Node backend behind it. Ours is NestJS.
- You have owned a user-facing area end to end and moved its numbers
- A relational schema you designed, then migrated with real data already in it
- REST APIs across services, and the discipline to keep contracts secure
- Judgment about the smallest correct version, and what you defer on purpose
- You review code as a teaching act rather than a gate
- A flow where nearly right is not good enough: payments, scheduling or identity
- You have worked next to a mobile team and know what a store release costs in time
- You use AI tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) daily to write, debug, and ship faster. Not optional; this is how we work.
